Laser vision correction offers a permanent improvement for your vision, and it does not necessitate years of expense and hassles; and of course, vision correction does not deprive the cornea of oxygen, cause allergies, or cause red-itchy eyes! Lasers need to be recalibrated during the surgery day to ensure accurate treatments. We recalibrate our laser between each eye of each patient to ensure the most accurate results. Laser eye surgery is performed by highly trained specialists, and in most cases, the results are satisfactory. Some patients feel their lives are vastly improved when their dependence on prescription glasses or contact lenses is reduced or eliminated.
Refractive surgery often can offer you improved vision without the hassle of glasses or contact lenses. In general, you have a very good chance of achieving 20/25 vision or better after refractive surgery. Refractive change was accomplished by performing a second plano cut with the microkeratome. The thickness and diameter of this second disc of tissue determined the end refractive result; then, the first disc was sutured back onto the cornea.
Glasses or contact lenses are designed to compensate for the eye’s imperfections. Surgical procedures aimed at improving the focusing power of the eye are called refractive surgery.

I think it is better to go lasik surgery rather than repenting for whole life. My granny had a lasik operation and she is perfectly fine now. So, there is no need to worry about the operation as results are always positive.

Do you really think that lasik is better than the other option? Radial keratotomy is I believe what it is. I’ve been wearing glasses (or contacts) for over 20 years now and just starting to investigate the corrective surgeries.
